1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original condition (unopened, unused)
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software or digital products
• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

• Contact our customer service at support@SangatShop.pk
• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
• Pack the item securely with original packaging
• Ship to the provided return address

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

• We will inspect the item within 3-5 business days
• If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
